Four Comprehensive Manuals
Be Etiquette Youth & Community CIC has developed a structured governance and operational framework to support transparency, accountability, safeguarding and responsible leadership. Our documents are organised into four comprehensive manuals for clear and efficient access.
Governance Manual
This manual sets out the organisation's governance structure, vision, mission, values, DICE Framework, directors' responsibilities, board arrangements, decision-making processes and commitment to community benefit.
Policies & Procedures Manual
This manual contains the organisation's approved policies and procedures, including safeguarding, equality and inclusion, health and safety, complaints, privacy, data protection, volunteering, attendance, incident reporting and other operational requirements.
Governance Templates Manual
This manual contains practical templates used to support effective governance and administration, including board agendas, board minutes, action logs, conflict of interest declarations, director induction documents, risk assessment templates and business continuity planning.
Governance Registers Manual
This manual contains the registers and trackers used to record governance and operational activity, including risks, incidents, complaints, training, volunteers, assets, board attendance, safeguarding concerns, DBS checks, visitors and organisational decisions.
These manuals will be made available once they have completed the organisation's internal review and approval process. Selected documents may also be provided upon request where appropriate.

Mrs Sonia Jones, BA, MA (Social Work), BIA
Mrs Sonia Jones serves as Principal Strategic Consultant at iDigiPhoenix Strategic Consultancy Services, providing independent strategic consultancy to Be Etiquette Youth & Community CIC. She brings extensive professional experience in governance, safeguarding, policy development, organisational development and strategic planning. Her role is advisory and independent, supporting the organisation in building strong foundations for sustainable growth while remaining separate from its day-to-day operations.
